Jennifer Williford

I love dermatology because I am passionate about helping patients feel more confident by partnering with them to develop their treatment plan. I do this by taking time to get to know each of my patients and building relationships with them.

I earned my Surgical Technologist Certificate from Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, North Carolina. After graduation, I moved back to Michigan to study biomedical science at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. From there, I went on to attend their physician assistant studies program and earned my master’s degree in medicine in 2001.

Before joining the Southwest Michigan Dermatology team, I previously worked at Advanced Dermatology in Saint Joseph and Dermatology and Skin Surgery Center in Marshall, Michigan.

I joined Southwest Michigan Dermatology in 2006 as their first physician assistant.

Outside of Southwest Michigan Dermatology, I have a busy life with a husband and three active boys. I love watching my boys compete in athletics. I also enjoy running, reading, and cooking.

I look forward to continuing to provide excellent care for my patients.
