I love that dermatology allows me to treat people of all ages and develop long-term relationships with my patients.
I attended Grand Valley State University where I received my Bachelor of Science in clinical exercise science. My following degree, a Master of Science in physician assistant studies, was obtained from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, Illinois.
Upon graduation, I worked as a surgical physician assistant in the Chicagoland area, which allowed for extensive medical and surgical training. Then I worked for a dermatology practice in Ann Arbor for three years before moving to Kalamazoo. I am a physician assistant certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the state of Michigan.
I am an active member in the following organizations: Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and a Diplomate Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
When I am not working, I enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors with my husband, daughters and our goldendoodle.
I am accepting new patients and look forward to meeting you!
